Pain In Stomach, Taking PAN 40, FLEXON MR, No Relief. What To Do?

Sir, there is more than enough pain in my whole stomach from last two days i couldn t fell good due to not clear my nature call and from 4 am pain starts very badly so, i have taken medicines that is PAN 40,FLEXON MR, METRON FORTE but, the pain is still contoniue what to do pls suggest me.....

there are more chances of cute infection as the history is short
you can use shot course of metronidazole plenty of luids
non oily non greesy non fatty food
antacid gel tds
you will get relief in few days
but must consult gastroenterologist to be sure to prevent further recurences in your case
