Pain In Tailbone, Lower Back And Abnormal Bleeding, Tiredness. Pap Smear Normal. Possible Cervical Cancer?

Hi,
I am 21 and I have been having tailbone pain for the past 3 weeks. Also lower back pain (left side) and abnormal bleeding for almost a week. I'm always very tired and for the past two days have been feeling sick. Every time I search these symptoms online, cervical cancer comes up. I just had a Pap smear done in July and it came back normal. I will be calling to make an appointment tomorrow but I need to get a professional opinion right now as I am going crazy over this I'm so scared.

Hi,
Forget about cancer.
There might be having some infection in your genital tract giving rise to lower back pain and abnormal bleeding.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
After examination she will go for treatment and you will be alright.
