Pain In Teeth Since 1 Month Post Filling, Cetin 500 Mg, Rexidine Mouthwash, Stolin Gum.
hi doctor i am facing tooth pain problem fro last more than 1 month and that is not a hard pain it is light pain every time. i have filled my factured teeth which is front teeth upper site by a dentist , which was cracked around 15 years back, after filling it was good and no pain till next 10 to 15 days, but after 15 days that i am having pain problem in all the teeth some times upper site and some time lower site in hole mouth , i have confirmed from doctor and he has reduce the filling size but same problem persist, i went to another doctor, she checked avery thing and recommend some medicines, cetin 500mg and mouth wash rexidine, and one gum also which is stolin for teeth massage, approx 10 days i had all the things, but no relief , so i request you to please give me solution, why the pain is not ending. when i am sleeping on that time there is no pain and when i wake up then problem starts every day, i have never face this type teeth pain problem in my hole life, i am brushing two times lightly with colgate toothpaste, earlier i was using closeup gel, please help me for this, i will very thankfull to you.

welcome to healthcare magic,
after going through your question there seems 2-3 possibilities regarding pain, to be specify is difficult without clinical examination and xrays, but we can guide you through to come to a diagnosis,
possibility no 1: the tooth with the filling you recently got could be a reason , as you mentioned was fractured tooth , so if you feel pain on pressing the tooth with your finger or while biting onto something..should be evaluated, for a fractured tooth or filling too close to the nerve inside the tooth which could also cause pain after a few days...
possibility no 2: if you experience dull pain in all your teeth as you stated could be due to gingival inflammation...gum disease...if you see bleeding gums after you brush or spit you need to get scaling done for the same.
if you can email me a xray of your filled tooth or an opg , we can help you better,
and one more thing stolin is a gum paint used for gum massage not on tooth as you mentioned

Dental pain in an already filled tooth indicates the presence of infection below the filling .
Tooth ache indicates bacterial decay or infection in the tooth that involves the exposed tooth nerve tissues .
such infected tooth needs to be treated by a root canal procedure so please consider getting the treatment done by consulting a dentist.
you may need an OPG radiographic examination done for your teeth to confirm the spread of infection or to rule out the exact cause of the pain in the whole mouth.
accordingly treatment can be carried out for gums and teeth.

An x ray IOPA in relation to the tooth should be taken to determine if the fracture is involving the pulp of the tooth. If so it should be root canal treated and the tooth should be capped. Pl consult an Endodontist immediately.

The pain is due to the spread of infection of fratured tooth into periapical area.
An x-ray of the tooth will help to evaluate the condition of tooth.
Root canal treatment and drainage of pus has to be done if required.
Take complete course of antibiotics too.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
If required,crown has to be placed after rct to prevent fracture of tooth .
Hope this helps.

your cases seems to be a deep cavity and a chronic infected tooth. you should ask the dentist for RCT then she must go for permanent filling. once tooth is root treated there will be no more pain. regards.

your problem of pain may be because of high points of filling and another reason is gingivitis, periodontitis or heavy calculus........
so please go to your dentist and go for the whole mouth examination ........
after that follow all the instruction given by dentist and maintain proper oral hygien...
and go for proper treatment suggested by your dentist.......
