Pain In Testicle. Diagnosed For Starting Stage If Varicose. Hernia Operation Done On Right Side Of Testicles. Precaution?

Hi sir

I am 35 year old i married have 7 year old kid. Already i got hernia operation at right side of testicles. last one year i start doing work in the gym.
But suddenly i start getting pain at right of the testicle.i show to the doctor urologist and he decide a starting stage of varicose. Now when i see my testicle it look silty right side is upper side and left side is down side.Daily i have good sex with my partner.so time i get till pain. But now i want to continue my gym work please suggest me what type of precaution should take care.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Rt testicles since few weeks. It could be due to either Varicocele or Epididymitis.

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical examination .He may ask to get few investigations like Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum and colour Doppler study of scrotum to confirm the diagnosis.

You may continue with moderate exercise and may take pain killers like Brufen twice daily to get relief from pain.
