Pain In Testicle Only While Ejaculating, Ball Sack Darkened. Solution?

Hello Doctor- recently I have been experiencing pain in my left testicle when I come close to ejaculating and/or ejaculating and I don t know if its related but I ve noticed my ball sack has darkened to a purplish color. There really isn t any pain in my testicles during normal activities. I m just curious as to what could be wrong, if anything. Thank you for your help in this matter!

hello sir,
Pain in the testis/perineum at the time of intercourse or ejaculation is common complaint. It need not suggest a disease all the time, unless its persistent and unrelenting, which is not so in your case.
However discolouration of scrotum needs to be evaluated. So do consult your physician.
All the best
