Pain In Testicle, Small Bump In Sack. Anything To Worry?

Hi, I recently noticed a small pain in my left testicle , nothing major, like a 1 or sometimes 2 out of 10 pain wise. It s just annoying to have this small pain down there. Anyways I took a bath today to feel around down there, since I m overweight , it was easier for me. Well I noticed a really small bump inside my sack on my right testicle. Is this something to worry about? I am going to make an apointment for Monday, or Tuesday. I just want to know if it s something I should worry about, or will it be a simple fix? Thanks!

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the fact that you have posted it appears that you have mild Varicocele on left side.,and the bump on Rt side could be due to either Spermatocele or Epididymitis. However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination ,Ultrasound scanning and Colour Doppler study. Please consult some Surgeon or Urologist to confrm the diagnosisDo not worry as both the conditions are benign in nature and can be cured..
