Pain In Testicles On And Off, Large Lumps On Inner Thigh, Painful. What Should Be Done?

My partner has had pain in both his testicles on and off for about a month. In the last couple of days two large lumps (under the skin) have appeared on his inner thigh. When he uses his leg muscle they hurt quite a bit/. We are currently in thailand for two more weeks, so we cannot get to a doctor. What should we do.

hello
thanks for choosing health care magic

well as you have mentioned it seems that your partner has most likely an infection of the testicles. but it is very important to rule out other possibilities,
i think he should undergo an ultrasound of scrotal region & a urine examination. consult a urologist as soon as possible. for pain & swelling you can take some analgesics & antibiotics till then. tale lots of fluids & give some scrotal support.
thanks .
