the headache was because of ur severe pain, it was referred frm mouth. may be the posterior molars are not occluding properly on the left side. may be a piece of a cheek or gum tissue is coming in between them. u jst visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon nearby.

Hello there, severe headache like migraine can give such impression. Dental reasons like maxillary sinusitis can give a impression of pain and bloating sensation over the tooth ends. If you dont have clenching habit then this pain can be neurological as well consult your doctor and talk to him about this. i hope this helps you, take care.

Hi,
Thank you for the query.
You have no idea about the pain site ,you are feeling the pain sometimes as if in the gum and bone sometimes. definitly there is a possibility it my be due to night grinding habit but now you have no more headache you said.. so the only factor which is causing pain is related to the teeth and gum ..which may be infection usually refered to as endoperio lesion . soo an x-ray of the area or the tooth will help in diagnosing the reason for the pain . Sometimes resorption of the tooth externally may lead to pain .. soo get an x-ray done and see your dentist

Headache can be due to TMJ disorder. This is because if the joint is misaligned, the tendency of the brain is to ask the heart to pump more blood to that area of the face. If this happens, it will cause a higher blood pressure for the patient and therefore cause migraines/headache. Sometimes, it is misdiagnosed as simple like grains but in actuality, it is cause by TMD.Because the temporomandibular joint is connected to the brain, you will have a tendency to feel various symptoms if you have this disorder

hello & welcome
your clinical picture is pointing towards the same diagnosis your dentist made.
clinching of teeth may occur during working hours, in stress or in night.
first of all, reduce your stress level.
for treatment of such cases usually nightguards are given to relieve teeth from occlusion.
Along with that can take anti anxiety drug (SOS) only.
maintain proper oral hygiene.
thanks & take

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical history headaches can be due to sinusitis or dental reasons like Bruxism habit of clenching the teeth unintentionally at night. This result in complications like toothwear, sensitivity, muscle spasms.
Other than this it can also be due to neurological problems.
I would suggest you to consult the Dentist and get the thorough checkup done.
Take analgesics for temporay pain relief.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Regards..
