Pain In The Teeth, Sore Mouth. Could Wisdom Teeth Be The Reason?
Hi! I am 19 years old and my wisdom teeth are coming in. I am very good at caring for my teeth. I brush, floss and use mouth wash everyday as well as go to the dentist to get them clean. Lately all my teeth are hurting, it feels like they are all pushing against each other. I even have a sore on the top of my mouth? Could my wisdom teeth be the cause of this?

Yes, it could be due to eruption of wisdom teeth.Wisdom teeth usually creates pressure on the adjacent teeth when there is lack of space for the teeth to erupt , suppose if it is upper maxillary 3rd molar it erupts bucally towards the cheek and then rotates and turns down and comes into occlusion if there is no obstruction in the path of eruption. Mandibular 3rd molar usually have problem with the space and erupt in abnormal positions creating pressure on the root or crown of the adjacent molar teeth leading to resorption of teeth or decay or percornitis sometimes. see your dentist to know the exact cause for the pain.

Pain in gums and jaws, difficulty in mouth opening, swollen or inflamed gums, headache, bad taste in mouth, bad breath, crowding and decay of other teeth are symptoms of impacted wisdom teeth.
You can do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day for some relief. Make sure that there are no food accumulates in back of jaw which can aggravate the pain. You can avoid eating from side of erupting wisdom tooth and visit a dentist for evaluation. Dentist will take an x-ray to see the positioning of the wisdom tooth. If wisdom tooth is impacted, then surgical tooth extraction of wisdom tooth can be done.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Wisdom teeth usually erupt in the age group of 18 to 25 years . In your case as your other teeth are hurting and mouth is sore i can suspect eruption of wisdom teeth as your other oral habits are good with no other oral problems.
To get it confirmed to need to get an OPG radiograph done which will show the position of all the wisdom teeth if any, upper two and lower two, their position in the oral cavity in relation to the jaw bone and adjacent teeth.This will help your dentist to plan treatment for you.
If your wisdom teeth are impacted in the bone,they wont erupt in proper place and will disturb adjacent teeth and tissues, there is a chance of infection so better get it removed surgically.

as you are of 19 yrs,age of eruption of this tooth, you have to visit your dentist for an x-ray to check whether there is enough space for eruption or not.
till than maintain proper oral hygiene & do warm saline rinses.
for ulcer you can start up with multivitamin capsule & local anaesthetic like mucopain.
you will get relief.
