Pain In The Testicle, Premature Ejaculation. Tremor In The Hands. Need A Remedy
i am 20 year old guy but i suffering some from problems like some times my left gonad become pain and also i will outed sperm very early within 2 to 3 minutes,,, before 6 years i musterbated through my hand now i cant control my erection and also when i lifting weight my hand are shaking and my legs also shaking , last month i met nuerologist and he gave beta cap tr 40 tablets, and also he told to me t3 t4 tsh blood test but everything i normal, but my hand are vibrating while lifing weight and legs also,,,,,, also i musterbated sperm very early during sex,,,,,,,,, please suggest to me sir,,,, how can i cure this problem,,,,

Please remove one misconception from your mind that premature ejaculation is a big problem.
Any psychiatrist will cure it permanently.
As you mentioned in your query that your legs and hands are shaking or vibrating when you lift weight.
Masturbate is nothing to do with erection or premature ejaculation as this is absolutely normal for a healthy man.
So I think about weight lifting and premature ejaculation are related to each other, hence consult a psychiatrist and get in complete treatment.
