Hello Sir,
You are having pain in your both testis with swelling , which seems to be cyst as found by undergoing USG done. In this I like to tell you you must go for biopsy or FNAC done for your testicular cysts , which are measuring 40 mm and 70 mm in size and better to get both cysts to be removed and go for Histo -pathological examination of both the cysts removed and go for it as soon as possible and do not delay it. If you have any problem in this than you can take some antibiotics with anti inflammatory medicine to get immediate relief. Hope you will be getting relief by taking antibiotics such as cefuroxim and ibuprofen+paracetamol along with scrotal support. Good luck and take care.
