Pain In The Testicles, Premature Ejaculation. Need Remedy
Hi i am 26 years old, i am involved in gay relations with my friend, we do not penetrate, just jerk each other... problem is that whenever my friend slightly touch my penis or even do not touch the organ sometimes, i cum at once and after that i also feel pain in the lower side of my testicles.. this also happens when i masturbate... please help me how can i increase my time and be healthy...

Welcome to HCM.It would be best to consult with your doctor /urologist who can examine and investigate you .It appears that you have infection/inflammation of the testis Left.Investigations like urine examination,haemogram,prostratic examination and semen analysis would help pinpoint the cause. Hormonal studies may be rquired.
