Hello I have been having pains in the upper part of my chest for about a week now. I am also having diffulty swallowing as if my saliva is getting stuck in my throat which is more apparent when brushing my teeth because I will gag or have to force a swallow.
I have gone through your query regarding pain in upper part of chest during swallowing, and stickyness of saliva in throat.

You may take- 1- Antacid with PPI. 2- plenty of fluid orally. 3- Avoid spicy food. 4- Broad spectrum antibiotic.
