Hi,
Thanks for asking the query,
Your clinical history and symptoms suggest that accidental trauma had resulted in sore and painful tongue.
Numbness of tongue and
facial pain on right side can be due to injury and irritation to the
facial nerve on that side.
White craters on the right side of tongue can be due to ulcerations, fungal infections,
fibrosis of tissue due to trauma, infections may develop into malignancies that can be confirmed by visual examination.
I would suggest you to consult to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon,
Take an OPG x-ray, exact diagnosis can be made on visual examination of the area and pathological report of the biopsy, OPG report will confirm the diagnosis.
You can go for a symptomatic treatment at home by regular mouthrinsing with antiseptic mouthwash like
betadine or simply lukewarm saline water.
Maintain a good
oral hygiene, Drink lots of water and keep yourelf hydrated,
avoid alcohol, carbonated drinks and smoking as it may worsen the condition.
Hope this helps out.
Regards.
