Pain In Throat, Swallowing Difficulty, Loss Of Voice, Head Colds, Fever

Hello, I am a boy my age is 23 years old, I am not smoky and never eating alcohols even yet,... 3 days ago even now my Throat is painful and swallowing difficulty foods, and my voice was affected... some time my head getting chills and fever! my job is working in a computer shop that is not responsible to using my voice! please tell me a drug .. thanx

Chills and fever usually indicate an infective pathology. You may have caught some type of Flu infection, please consult your nearest Physician for proper diagnosis and treatement.
