Experience pain in tip of penis, have to bear down to urinate, leaning forwards helps to pass the urine. Also have urinary frequency all day and 5 to 6 times per night. On Flomax for six days, seems symptoms are getting worse, cystoscopy negative, mildly enlarged prostate

From history it seems that this problem might be due to enlarge prostate.
Having more urination during night and easy urine flow while leaning forward are the signs of having enlarge prostate.
Consult urologist and get investigated.
