Pain In Upper Abdomen. USG Of Abdomen Said Increasd Parenchymal Echogenicity, Fatty Liver. Help

sir, my husband is complaining of upper abdominal pain left side while eating, He is nonalcoholic, now weighs75 kg, height- nearly 6 feets. We took USG abdomen it shows:liver- measures 15.3 cm,enlarged in size with increasd parenchymal echogenicity. Dear friend, welcome to HCM!

Pain on left does correlate with enlarged liver.
However he has increased echogenecity of the liver on USG. this indicates a possible chronic liver disease.

He needs to be evaluated in detail including a physical examination, blood profile (CBC, urine routine, LFTs, urea, creatinine, lipid profile, ECG, Xray chest) and a gastro enterologist opinion.

Please see a good physician first to start the evaluation.
