This morning, I coughed while urinating, and immediately felt a jolt of pain in my urethra , and then a burning sensation as I continued. The same burning feeling then next time I urinates as well. I did not notice any discoloration of my urine during those times, but just now, blood came out of my penis ...

Hi, blood in urine always has to be evaluated. You may be having urinary infection or prostate swelling. Urinary stones also have to be ruled out. Consult a urologist for the same. The episode of coughing may or may not have caused this. Take care.
