Hi, many thanks for the query! Yes, this can be a stone causing symptoms or it can be a muscular pain. You need to do certain investigations to come to a diagnosis- USG (KUB), X-ray KUB, Sr. creatinine, Sr. Uric acid, Urine (Routine & Microscopy). Till then take Anti-spasmodics, Pain killers, Diuretics with your doctor's opinion. Drink plenty of water so that at least 2 litres of urine is voided over 24 hours. Wish you a good health. Take care. Regards.
