Pain On Nose Tip, Ears, Discharge From Nose, Mouth, Face Swelling, Eye Pain. Sinus Surgery Done. MRI Of Head Normal. Treatment?

I AM XXXXX, I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING WITH PAIN ON MY NOSE TIP, CLICK SOUND AND PAIN IN EAR ALSO HAVE WATER DISCHARGE FROM SOMEWHERE NEAR RIGHT EAR THAT DISCHARGE IN MOUTH. I DID SINUS OPERATION AND DID MRI SCAN ON HEAD, RESULT FOUND NOTHING ABNORMAL. I HAVE SWELLING AND PAIN ON RIGHT SIDE FACE, HAVE EYE ACHE. PLEASE ADVICE ME, WHERE CAN I GET TREATMENT FOR THIS.

thanks for your query, you have multiple issues, the pain in the nose could be because of the inflmmation following surgery it will come down by medication..the pain in the ear region and clicking sound is because of the disc disorder of the jaw joint for that you need to take tablet piroxicam 20mg twice daily for first day and once daily for next 6 days...take soft diet..the swelling on the face and eye region could be arising from infection from the tooth causing cellulitis...consult a dental surgeon and you need to undergo some radiographic investigations like OPG, TMJ views to rule out above said conditions..
