Pain On Penis Like Urine Being Constricted. Advise?

Hi. For the past 4 days Ive been Suffering from a pain on my penis. I do not think its a transmitted disease for havent had sex in a while but thats a different story. The pain feels like my urine is being constricted eventhough it flows fine as i urinate. This happens after peeing & the pain is almost excrutiating. Help pls!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the urethra (Urethritis)
Please get your Routine urine test done to rule out infection.
Take broad spectrum antibiotic for 5 days along with urine alkaliser to keep your urine alkaline.
Ensure to consume more water to keep your urine dilute.
It will get cured within a week.
