Pain/pressure In Upper Chest Right Below Clavicles After Inhaling A Whole Cheeze-it Cracker

I inhaled a whole cheeze-it cracker and did not choke on it but I feel a pain/pressure in my upper chest right below my clavicles. I am drinking hot water, hoping that will help. I can breath completely fine right now but there is that pain there. Is this serious? Or will it work itself out?
