Pain, Swelling Followed By Shingles On Face. Relief From Swelling With Homeopathy Medicine, Blisters Present. Any Remedy?

My mother has got shingles/ blisters on the right side of her face with watery content. The problem began 10 days a with pain in the temples, 5 days later it became pain on the eyebrows and nose which started to swell. A day after the swelling began shingles / blisters started to appear on swollen areas, which caused the right eye too swell too. A little care and some homeopath reduced swollen areas to normal, but the blisters are still there, burning and watery (from the eyebrow to the tips of nose), causing neuralgic pains on the forehead and sometimes only on right side. My mother is 60+ years old, and since she has hardly ever gone to a doctor, she refuses to see one now herself.
