Pain, Swelling In Abdominal Area. Excessive Bleeding, Cramps After Intercourse During Periods. Cause?

Hey, right now I am experiencing a really bad swelling pain. It's located in my abdominal region. As of yesterday I was just spotting (my period was coming), but I had no cramps what's so ever. I thought it was going to be an easy period. Well then that night me and my boyfriend had intercourse and as soon as we got done the pain was immediate and I had blood pouring from me. The pain I have doesn't feel like my regular cramps and at first I thought I was just bloated, but It doesn't feel like I'm bloated, It feels swollen. Helpppp.

Hi,
According to your description the possible causes for your problem are :
- Post-coital tear. That can present with pain and hemorrhage.
-Pelvic infection, presenting with cervical erosion etc can present with same symptoms.
-If there is any possibility of pregnancy, better to rule out ectopic pregnancy once.
So consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound once.
By these the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
Take care.
