Pain Under Air Pit On Side Of Breast, Kindly Help Me

I felt a lump on the left side of my breast under my armpit. Its not actually on my breast its more on the side. it hurts, I have also noticed that my nipple on that side is tender and erects more than my right side. Could this be breast cancer? I haven't felt any lumps on my breast when doing self exam.

You should get it examined by a General surgeon and then decide upon that. Could be more of an inflammatory origin rather than a cancerous one as you are having pain as well. If it increases very much in size then it does go in favour of a tumour.
