Pain Under The Scrotum While Walking. What Could It Be?

after 20 minutes of walking i got a severe pain (the pain was like prickly or tweak or electricity shock) in the lower part of my right testicles ... i think the pain comes from the tail of right epididymis .. the pain goes just when i stop walking and return after some steps ... about 5 times the pain comes with few steps and gone just with stop walking ... i took a taxi to my home coz i wasnt able to walk (even the slow walk was hurting) .. when i back to home 10 minutes later i walk very slow till i get to bed (this time there wasnt pain coz of a very slow walking) ... i put my finger on the area that hurts me which is just under the skin of scrotum and i made a circle move like a soft massage to it and i got the same pain and its gone just with stopping the sof massage ... that was (4 days ago) and till now i got no pain coz i dont walk alot and i use a slow walking when neccessary .. no swelling ... no redness ... no blood when peeing ... no pain when i cough ... what was that?
