Pain Upon Erection, Penis Sore, Urology Test, Pain Proceeded. Suggestion?
I have been having discomfort and some pain upon erection. Recently I had a urology exam where the doctor squeezed my flaccid penis and I felt an increase in pain. Since then my penis has been sore even while flaccid. Today I went for a second opinion, told the doctor about the first experience, and he proceeded to do the same test , applying pressure to the tender areas even though I told him it hurt. Now I'm even more sore and not sure what to do.

May be due to ,
1 Urethra injury as this is most sensitive part and may got injury due to hard erection. Can be confirmed by urethra examination by a ureteroscope .
2 Fracture of penis (very rare condition ) at the time of erection , however this is a rare condition but may be possible. Consult another urologist and get his opinion.
3 A stone in the urinary system anywhere may cause excruciating pain .
Sometimes a calculus passes through urethra damaging it .
In my opinion exmination by surgeon or urologist ( physical ) will find out the exact cause.
Last possibility may be acute infection of urinary system so get in urine culture and sensitivity test. Good luck.
