Pain With Pop Sound In Ears. Orange-red Drainage, Lost Hearing With Headaches And Dizziness. Should I Worry ?

I believe my eardrum ruptured. All day yesterday I was in pain, then heard a pop and felt liquid. Since, I have fill many Cotten balls within 10 minutes of placing them in my ear. The drainage is orange-red in color. I have lost all hearing in that ear, except a hissing sound, and I feel a stabbing and throbbing pain now. I have a terrible headache and I am externally dizzy. I also have a history with severe vertigo. Should I see a dr or is this something normal and just wait it out.

Thank for asking to HCM
This is not normal and not dangerous too but it does not mean that it is be neglected. it is not the rupture of ear drum but the chances of boil is very likely and that might have been busted, now you need to get it clean withe ENT doctor the collection wax, blood pus altogether near the drum area have disturbed your hearing and that all will come around with the cleaning the ear take care and have nice day.
