Painful At Intersection Of Parietal And Occipital Area Of Skull, Inflammation And Surface Lesion, Nausea, Dizziness, Headaches

I have noticed a spontaneous painful area at the intersection of both parietal and occipital areas of my skull; the lamboidal suture. There's is no evident inflammation or surface lesion. There is no trauma. My symptoms occurred abruptly. with slight finger pressure there is slight dizziness, some nausea, and headache radiates both sides of each parietal. Have you heard of this before and what should I do?
