Hello Actually you should be examined by ultrasound with mammography to be done to exclude possible tumors (there can be malignant or benign breast tumors). It seems to me that you have under-skin inflammatory process (pustule or even carbuncle which recur). There are can be some problems with your immune system and hormonal production. Both should be inspected. Avoid much sunlight and be careful to your diet (eat more fruit and vegetables, especially a garlic and grapefruit).
