Painful Bony Mass On Nose Restricing Air Flow, Floaters In Eye. On Vfend And Augmentin For Fungus In Sinus. Is This Serious?

I woke up this morning with a bony mass on the side of my nose, it is very painful, it has restricted air flow through my right nostril, and I have floaters in my right eye. I have chronic sinusitis and my last surgery was September 2013. I am currently taking VFend and Augmentin for staph and fungus in my sinuses, as well as using a sinus rinse two times daily.

hello there!
Thank you for asking. Bony mass needs workup and Evaluation. Continue The medication and visit otorhinolaryngologist to help you with airways and select options best for you.
Nothing to worry about. This is not that serious, all it needs is a proper care and some good Doctor.

Good Luck
S Khan
