Painful Breathing, Severe Headache. History Of Diabetics, Arterial Blood Clots, Pancreatic Pseudo Cyst. Any Ideas?

should i go to the emergency department if i have been having painfull breathing, blacking out when standing or changing lights, sever headaches (none prior) its been a few days with all the symptoms previous health history diabetic, arterial blood clots, pancreatic pseudocyst (underwent surgery to have it drained into my stomache two weeks ago via scope procedure)

Yes, no doubts you must see the doctor. A painful breathing usually indicates an inflammatory process of coverings of either heart, lung or at times structures just beneath diaphragm. Severe headache and blackouts are two other important signs of significant illness.
Blackout is usually due to sudden decrease blood supply to brain. At times severe systemic illnesses can cause this.
