Painful Bruise Around Pelvis Area, Odd Lumps Post Trans-vaginal Ultrasound. Worrisome?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound done about 3 hours ago, when i got home i noticed a bruise right around my left hip/ pelvis area with a lot of pain and 2 odd lumps approx 2 to 3 cm in size. Should i go to the emergency room? I had one lump before and have had normal mri, ct and blood tests, now its 2 lumps in the same area :(

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Your pain & lump after the procedure indicates something abnormal.
You should consult ER immediately.
The possibility of any rupture of vaginal wall or else must be ruled out.
Thanks.
