Painful Bump On The Bottom Of My Foot

The bottom of my left foot, just in front of my arch hurts so bad I cannot walk on it. Slowly I have several bumps appearing. They seem to be coming out from inside my foot. They are red, one is hard, the rest don t seem to be anything yet, they are all tender to even a light touch. Thanks for any advice!

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,Tanya,
It seems that you might have multiples cornes in the sole of your foot.
Now infection has taken place as some of them are red and swelled,
Go for antibiotic course,
Consult surgeon for removal of cornes.
Avoid ill fitted chapples or shoes now and after the treatment.
ok and bye.
