Painful Bumps On Penile Shaft, Bleeding, Pus Filled. What Could They Be?

hello, boyfriend has non-ichy/non painful bumps all around his penile shaft. we have been active for 6 months now and they just appeared 3 days ago, so far they are going down. they are most noticeable after activity and while erected. they look like irritated zits about the size of a round small pill. some look like they have small amounts of pus, but they can not be popped, when they are only blood comes out and then starts to scab.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
They may be sebaceous cysts.
They are filled with paste like material, seen where hairs are present.
They are not harmful.
But,they can be infected leading to redness, pain.
I prescribe antibiotics like Cefuroxime and anti inflammatory drug to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult Urologist/Surgeon and proceed accordingly.
Do not squeeze the lesions your self.
Wish him good health
Regards
