Painful Callus On Feet, Skin Peeling. Should It Be Operated?
My daughter has a callus on the sole of her feet that causes immense pain....application of salacttin or corn cap has not helped......it fell off once only to reoccur.....it s layers of skin peeling off at the sides n attached in the centre...pls advise...shud it b surgically operated or what to do.....applying corn caps is just making it Luke bigger n bad....right now it s the size of a coin.....peeling all around n attached in the centre.....v have a function in a weeks time. N pls suggest some definite remedy so that it falls off.....don t know whom to take her to in Mumbai....which dr?

Thanks for your query.Your daughter has a corn on sole of foot and there is no remedy after corn cap application.Please consult some surgeon and get it excised under local anesthesia .Surgical removal is the only option for permanent cure of corn over sole .It will heal up in weeks time,
