my doctor want me to use premarin at .625 vaginal cream, is it safe for short term and what is meant by short term, I am 56, painful intercourse and weight loss especially in breasts, I weigh 117lb he said to use 2 time per week. I am a little apprehensitive of side effects, hair thining, blotchy skin, etc. maybe I can use just once a week to start , what is meant by short term use, a few months few years or what, my mom dies from dementia and heart disease runs in family and I have a lot of osteroperosis
