Painful Lump In Bottom Of Inner Labia, Painful During Urination, Skin Tag Above Anus. Remedy?

I have an excruciatingly painful lump in the bottom of my inner labia, just under the vaginal entrance. It burns when I pee, and is so painful throughout the day I could pass out. I also have what I suspect is a hemmeroid/skin tag above my anus (between anus and vaginal entrance), and my anus is surrounded by some small white zit-like bumps. I first noticed thse things 2 days ago. It is so incredibly painful, so excruciating that I cannot go about my day, and literally sob motionless in my bed. It hurts so, so much. Please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your frustration and that your presentation can be really uncomfortable. But, please understand that the presence of hemorrhoids (external) in your case, will require attention by a doctor, as they only get worse with time and without medical management.

These external hemorrhoids, lead to contamination through leakage of fecal matter outside the anus. You being a woman, have your vagina (an open anatomical structure) right next to the anus. This could have easily resulted in a the transmission of bacteria to and around your vagina, which could have resulted in your presentation.

The other possible scenario is the transmission of an infection from sexual contact. Either way ma'am, you will have to get physically examined and accordingly treated for your condition. No individual deserves to experience pain and suffering, which is why we as medical professionals are always at your service to help. Please visit a doctor at the earliest, get examined, diagnosed and treated accordingly.

In the meantime, please also wear comfortable undergarments, clean in a direction moving from your vagina to your anus and not the other way. Apply a sterile lubricant around your anus, to avoid friction, abstain from all forms of sexual contact and please do visit a doctor at the earliest possible convenience.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
