Painful Lump In The Heel. Due To Habit Of Peeling Calluses?

I have a dime size limp under the skin in the center of the ball of the heel that has recently developed. It is very painful but no redness around lump. I have a habit of peeling the callous s off to the point of bleeding , could this be causing this painful lump. What can I do about this problem from home? I am sorry,I cannot continue. I do not have a credit card or the funds to pay for this service. I actually thought it was free. I am unemployed at this time. Sorry for wasting your time

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

you might have developed a corn.

The treatment for this will be a combination of antibiotics and salycilic acid.

Antibiotics will take care of infection and salicylic will reduce the size of lump.

Please meet a dermatologist and discuss regarding this.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
