Good Evening, I get these red bump like zits or similar to them under my breasts and sometimes in my groin area.They can sometimes be painful especially if my bra rubs on them. I wear underwire and those without a wire and have not noitced a difference with the type of bra I wear. I have used benzoyl peroxide and that made matters worse, because I am allergic to that. I use a hypoallergenic laundry detergent and that hasn't changed anything. I shower daily and recently started using powder to keep those areas dry during the summer months. I have also changed my diet I eat mainly lean protein, vegetables, fruits and nuts. I rarely eat bread or dairy, and have been eating like this since February and these bumps have not gone away. Please help.
