Painful Sensation In The Lower Abdomen, Vomiting. Feeling Heavy Affter Taking Tylenol. Pregnant?
Yesterday I started having really painful sharp stabbing sensation in my lower abdomen. I had this for about 24 hours. This morning I threw up two times cuz I couldn't stand up because of the pain but then eased itself when I took Tylenol. I am 12 do and now everything is fine except when I stand up it feels very stretchy and heavy. This is our third month TTC. Could I be pregnant?

The mild symptoms that you are having are not suggestive of pregnancy. The symptoms of pregnancy do not appear till 10 days after the ovulation. You need to do a pregnancy test if your periods are overdue.
