Painful Sore In Nose. Headache, Eye Pain, Mouth Ulcer

Hi, a couple days ago a painful sore was felt in my nose . It has, since then, grown into a scab which is still very painful, and movement of my right nostril causes irritation and even breathing makes it apparent. Earlier this morning I picked some of the less painful areas of it, but within hours it is the same. I have also been having headaches throughout the days and my body feels generally weaker and occasionally my eyes have been painful, my mouth has also got a couple ulcers . (I am not sure if any of these have any relation to this scab in my nose, but they have all occurred within the same period.)

Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding painful sore in your one nostril and painful ulcers in mouth as well there is headache and pain behind the eyes.

Here I would like to tell you don't touch your scab in nose as this part of face is danger area and manual manipulation may spread in infection internally up to cavernous sinus, which becomes an emergency.

For immediate relief you should take-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Antibiotic ( Broad spectrum )

3- Boroglycerine locally in mouth cavity over mouth ulcers.

4- Antiseptic ointment to nostril over scab.
