Painful Testicle During Sex, Not In Normal Shape. What Is It?

sir, my name is nikil. There is a problem in my left testical.... I dont know what happend to my testical. But before sex iam get emotional in that situation there is a big pain in my testical. This can be happen 3 times in this year only. My left testical is not look like normal round shape, when i check it look like peaces, half of that looks normal the remaing half is looks like our brain... Sir please reply me....!!!!!

From what you have describe, it sounds like a varicocele. However, pain is not usually associated with it. I recommend that you see your doctor.

What to expect: Your doctor (general surgeon; I presume you are in India) may ask you to get an ultrasound to rule out torsion; though that is unlikely, if present, you would need emergency surgery. If your doctor confirms a varicocele, you will be given the option of surgical repair. If left untreated, varicoceles can decrease fertility ie having children could become difficult.
