Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As cyst burst , hence it is supposed that this fluid is sterile and will reabsorb , so need not to worry.
It will depend upon amount of fluid that , how many days it will take time in reabsorption .
Usually mild degree fluid reabsorb 5-7 days.
Pain may be due to burst cyst, simple anti inflammatory drugs will help.
In my opinion please get in one more ultrasound to assess the exact condition of abdomen.
Consult Gynaecologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.

Thanks for your query. The fluid in your abdomen is due to bursting of ovaries which will absorb itself over a period of time.
You are advised to take the following
•     Naproxen Sodium 550mg B.D
•     Tablet Diclofenac Sodium 100mg B.D
•     Antihistamine like tablet Cetirizine 10mg B.D.
These drugs will act as anti-inflammatory and also help in absorption of fluid
I think with this your problem will be relieved, If you don’t get relief, plz let me know on pakheim@gmail.com pakheim@yahoo.com
Hoping that you will get benefit from my advice.
My prayers are with you.
Thanks and best regards.
