Painless Lumps Under Skin, Look Like Pimples, Itching, Black Thin Line On Popping. Causes?

Sorry Doctor. Yes I have three painless lump under the surface of skin. One on my leg one on my and one my chest . It looks like a large pimple but it dosent hurt it itches. I tryied to pop one the other day and it just had dead hard skin and this weired black thin line that was extremely hard. Doc. thanks for your time and consideration.

Thanks for the query,

You might have developed sebaceous cyst.

It is a collection of dead material under the skin.

When you press this material comes out as black debris.

Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.

Treatment is mainly surgical.

It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
