Since all your problems are concentrated at the throat you need to see an ENT right away and make sure the following is done: 1. Complete examination of the throat including tonsils and if needed upper GI 2. Culture and sensitivity from a throat swab to get a better picture of the infection 3. Complete blood test including tox profiling of the common infection 4. Increasing your anti-inflammatory medications and consider injectable antibiotics for better and faster symptom control 5. Also ask about anti reflux measures (avoid spicy food, oily food and high flavored food, do not lie down immediately after food etc) 6. Also ask about VOCAL HYGIENE as you have hoarse voice
take only warm fluids
get well soon
