Pains In The Middle Of Back, Side Near Lungs, Coughing Bouts. Solution ?
I started having pains in the middle of my back on Wednesday, which lasted until today. This morning, I had a coughing bout and the pain left the midled of my back and went to the upper right portion of my back and side near my lungs and is excrutiating. I took medication and a nap. The pain is still here and is preventing me from moving. In addition, it is very painful when I cough.

You need proper clinical examination and few investigations.
You also didn't mentioned your age.
Investigations include routine hemogram,Chest X-ray( PA view).Further investigations may be needed after clinical assessment.
You can take full course of antibiotics for cough along with cough suppressants.
Musculoskeletal causes for pain should also be considered.
