Palms Sore, Lumpy At Places, Finger Tip Swollen. Reason For Swelling?
Good Morning :) I was wondering if you might know,why my palms of my hands are sore, especially in the morning ? Also I notice if i press around the middle of my palms, they appear to be a bit lumpy in places,and this is sore also and my fingers , especially the pointer on my right hand, seems to be swollen and when I try to clench feels swollen ? any ideas ?

might be fngusas there re mostly in ouch with water the ungus grows and beaves like this and when there is cold temperature and moisture it triggers the infection so more sore in the morning
take fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 8-10 wk
take annti allergic sos for itch
apply antifungal mixed with antiallergic ointment tds
keep dry and sweat free milld analgesi for pain sos
continue long no toxic shampoo oils and soaps
