Hi,
Welcome to HCM
After going through history it may be involuntary muscular contractions near eyebrow as it is associated with activities which you have describe should be benign disorder Myokymia, it is spontaneous and usually resolves.
You should quit smoking and reduce tea( Caffeine) in take and even reduce working for long time on laptop and watching TV for long time , try to reduce stress, over work and fatigue.and Alcohol may cause it.
A local warm compress may help you .Also try to sleep for 6 to 7 hours in night.
If it is continuous and not subsiding by above measures a Neurophysician and CT scan /MRI brain to rule out any intracranial pathology may be required.
Take care
Good Luck.
