Palpitations. Are They Stress Caused? Why Is The Intensity Increasing?

hi, i get palpitations. i initially thought it was stress induced because once the environment became less stressful the palpitations ceased. however, of late, i have been getting palpitations following a hot shower taken after moderate to high intensity excercise, i often have to lie down and take deep breaths to ease the palps. should i be worried?

Hello ..
Thanks for writing us..
Palpitation are common after physical exercise, emotional stress, after coffee, smoking..
But cause of palpitation is important which may be sinus tachycardia, extrasystole or sustained tachycardia.

You consult one physician or cardiologist get thyroid profile, ECG and if required holter monitoring.

I will be happy to answer you after all reports
